A third generation Texas, and owner of Texas Select Properties in Cat Spring, Texas. Country property is a specialized field. Having grown up on a working ranch, I know the landscape, and the way of life. In today's climate, a country property specialist must be advanced in technology, and demonstrate knowledge in areas of finance, marketing, contracts, Texas law regarding representation, as well as water rights, mineral rights, executive rights, and surface rights.
