Rochelle Pye

I just love what I do!" This explains why Rochelle Pye is a natural salesperson having been in retail sales for the past 20 years. It was in the field of real estate, however, that she found her true calling, becoming an associate of Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty and receiving her "Circle of Excellence" designation. Rochelle was recognized in 2005 for having the highest average sales of any agent in the company.

Respecting clients’ wishes and listening to what they really want are skills that have endeared her to her clients; they keep coming back and referring her to their friends. Many clients have become friends.

Rochelle grew up in Dallas, graduated with a bachelor of science degree from the University of Texas, married and raised three children. During her children’s formative years, Rochelle was very active in their schools, St. Johns and Kinkaid. After the children were older, she received her Masters degree at the University of Houston in clinical psychology and worked in the medical center for a group of psychiatrists. Skills she learned as a clinical psychologist have served her well in the real estate industry. She thoroughly enjoys being with the public and helping them in their happiest time…buying a home.

Having lived in Houston most of her life she has a working knowledge of most areas including River Oaks, Tanglewood, West University, Medical Center, Museum District as well as many outlying areas. She has even worked with clients on their “weekend retreats” in the Woodlands, Fort Bend, and Texas Hill Country.

Rochelle has chaired the March of Dimes Gourmet Gala and presently serves on the Development Board of Texas Children’s Hospital as well as being affiliated with many other charitable organizations. She enjoys skiing in Colorado and traveling the world.
