My philosophy is simple: I take care of each property and each transaction as if it were my own.

The advantage of experience is the most important component I bring to the table for my sellers, buyers and investor clients. I earned my Real Estate License in 1988 and began working with All Star Properties as a Property Manager & Realtor.

All Star Properties is a professionally staffed real estate office founded by the Gulitti family in 1984 to serve residential buyers and sellers, and specializes in property management for our investor clients throughout Houston and surrounding areas. Team Gulitti are Bob, Lisa, and George Gulitti.

I am proud to have developed relationships with clients and trades that have enabled us to continue to work and grow by referral! Two years in a row, All Star Properties was nominated for the prestigious Small Business of the Year Award presented by the Advisory Council of Lone Star College Small Business Development Center to recognize outstanding entrepreneurs in our service area.
