About Richard Koob
A Houstonian for 44 years, I am a graduate of the University of Houston with a bachelors degree in business/marketing. After 10 years in the restaurant industry, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate in 2005. My close communication with my clients and sharp negotiation skills have allowed me to achieve great success as a Realtor. I am also the chief staff appraiser for Property Interlink, LLC, a real estate appraisal management company. My 16 years of experience as a Realtor and a residential appraiser has allowed me to gain a vast familiarity of our city and serve clients all over the Houston Metropolitan area. I pride myself on close attention to detail throughout the sale process and go above and beyond to cater to my client's needs.
