While getting ready to pursue my goal in real estate investments, I looked through a lot of reviews and recommendations before finding Kapil. I think my best decision in this process was to choose Kapil as my realtor as he is everything I was looking for in one plus more!

Kapil is a man who goes over and beyond to give his clients the best possible experience as well as the perfect home based on their goals, needs, and requirements. If there are any obstacles, he will find a solution and help educate you as well as put your mind at ease. This was my first investment property in an unfamiliar city (which was a scary and stressful experience) and somehow I felt more and more comfortable and secure as the process progressed because I had Kapil in my corner. He made a very stressful process a breeze due to his expertise and warm personality!

For every obstacle we encountered, Kapil had the solution and demonstrated his expertise and negotiation skills. When the mortgage company wasn't able to meet the price he was able to negotiate the contract price a second time quickly and we were still able to close on time. Additionally, even though I live in a different city, I never felt disconnected from anything in the process and he was always easy to reach at any time of the day and with quick turnarounds and clear communication. I could tell he was listening to me (something my previous realtor did not) and paying attention to what I needed and wanted while suggesting things that would make it easier for me such as that I could close in my hometown instead. Even if you have a smaller budget or are inexperienced, like me, Kapil will give you the VIP treatment and teach you everything you need to know.

Kapil is very knowledgeable, not only in his profession but also in the greater Houston area. Since I am not positioned in Houston, my local knowledge was very limited. Knowing this, Kapil ensured to suggest properties in areas that suited my budget as well as my long-term goals. He also explained his decisions and gave me insider knowledge of the various areas. As we were looking at the properties he kept my interests in mind and highlighted things that would be either beneficial or negative to my needs, continuously educating and supporting me in my pursuit.
