Chris and Ruth clearly explained the process of the sale of our home. They did an excellent job of representing and protecting our interests. Their efficient use of technology allowed us to sign the contract on the sale of our home while we were vacationing in Cancun. They were patient and professional when answering all the questions we had before signing off on the documents. Their attention to detail allowed them to catch some minor items that were wrong in the initial contract drafted by the buyers' realtor. Their knowledge of the market and the current market trends allowed us to sell our home efficiently. Chris and Ruth did a great job of marketing our home to different groups of potential buyers. Both Chris and Ruth did a great job of communicating with us on how they were marketing our house and the response from each targeted segment.
