“Realtor was pleasant and helpful most of the time, but couldn't show me the property again before I moved in because management company removed lock box. The property was not delivered as agreed in rental application. One month later, the house still needs repairs, replace AC filters, & send pest control, realtor tried to advocate for me, but the company has not done anything. All these problems could have been avoided, if I had done a walk through before signing the rental lease. ”
