“Bottom-line is that Realtor (1) is VERY sharp with Clear Lake area market, and (2) will faithfully work hard for her clients. Realtor’s “in-your-face” style of communication could be toned-down a-bit to make communication more palatable. “5-Star” positive feedback is likely from an inexperienced Buyer. If Buyer has experience with real estate transactions then, strictly based-upon Buyer’s personality, the Realtor’s highly-dramatic and egocentric style could create a challenge.”
