“Melissa was/is FANTASTIC! She walked us through the process and negotiated a great deal for our home purchase. She has tons of industry knowledge and experience and continuously takes courses to expand her knowledge to better server her clients. Case in point was in our transaction where she actually climbed on the roof (in heels!!) to ensure the roof fixes were performed correctly. A roofogy class she took allowed her to see that the roof wasn't properly fixed and she negotiated to ensure it got fixed correctly. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a GREAT realtor who will ensure that your interests are met and who will find you your dream home! We will definitely be using her in the future if we are looking to sell/buy again. ”
