“Realtor Dan McCarver, worked with both myself, living 2000 miles away, and my ex-husband to sell our home. He always comported himself professionally, despite the sometimes contentious environment. I had every confidence in his knowledge, skills and ability to handle any issues that came up. He made excellent recommendations for other professionals regarding repairs, liquidating the contents of the home, and staging. He was always available to meet the other professionals at the house and certainly went above and beyond the usual responsibilities of a realtor.
