He made good suggestions on de-cluttering and staging the house for sale. Everything was handled very professionally and very well. Tim overestimated the value of the home at the outset. We had to initiate the change of strategy to begin cutting prices and we chased the market down thereafter until finally getting a flurry of interest which with Tim's excellent guidance we were able to convert to a sale. Tim handled the negotiations with multiple bidders at the end very well. In hindsight I would have liked to have had a quicker response to changing the initial price listing, a little more proactive feedback on viewing commentary, and more inclusion on responses to some of the offers we received. However, these were small things and did not affect the overall process or the result.”
