“While out of state at my second home, Cindy took care of arranging photos, cleaning the property, scheduling repairs and EVERYTHING else that goes with listing a residence. I never even had to return home until there was a firm offer with inspections scheduled. She also personally ran open houses the first two weekends, ensuring they were advertised well in advance. It is difficult to imagine a harder-working agent. Cindy either picks up the phone or returns your calls within minutes... every time. It is also worthwhile to note that I turned down two offers before accepting a third one. That said, I never felt pressured to accept something so that she could collect a commission and move on to the next client. I typically hold people to very high standards and my compliments are never given lightly, but I can highly recommend the Boutwells without hesitation.”
