“Hi Cristy, I am disappointed to see your review of Brittany Burns and no mention of what the issues were. You were several months behind on your mortgage, had updating inside that was undesirable to almost everyone who toured the home (per the feedback) and declined showings constantly, so why would your experience be a 2? If communication was poor it's because you were impossible for her to reach. Thankfully she saved you from foreclosure!! Monica Foster”
