“Rania was truly exceptional. We were impressed with her level of knowledge. She was always available for home tours despite our inflexible schedules. Her responsiveness was remarkable . She always gets back with us no longer than 10 minutes. Uncommonly, we purchased a house and seller wanted to close in less than 2 weeks. Rania immediately got us a list of inspection specialists. Then right after inspection was done, she got all licensed professionals for further assessments/evaluation including plumber, AC, pool and foundation specialists. Due to my inflexible work schedule and the very short option period we had, I wasn’t available to meet with any of these specialists, instead Rania managed to drive a long way to meet each one of them, and be there for the inspection. She then reviewed each report in detail before we discussed all issues/concerns. Rania’s promptness, strategic mindset, kindness and good energy made a potentially stressful purchase process simple and possible. After all, we ended up meeting the deadline and closed as expected! Furthermore, Rania was always so candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to our decision making based on what she knows about us.
