She did the comps for a fair market value and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on my behalf. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to even my late night emails. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. From offer to acceptance to contract to inspection to title, on and on, every transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time. We had an issue with an easement matter which Glenda chased after relentlessly to obtain full disclosures and even engaged in good faith negotiations with the seller and agent with great follow through until the issue was resolved and a settlement reached.
