“We thoroughly enjoyed working with Agelia!!! She was very knowledgeable about the area we moved to which was really helpful since we have never lived inside the 610 Loop. She asked a lot of questions in the very beginning of our home-buying process to make sure that she fully understood what kind of home we were looking for. She right away started a search that fit our parameters, and it automatically updated us when a home came on the market that fit our preferences. After we viewed each home on the website, she would call us to talk about our likes/dislikes about each home and if there were any we wanted to see in person. She was prompt to contact each of the sellers' realtors in order to get the answers that we needed about each home that we were interested in. She quickly scheduled home showings for us and as quickly as possible she put in offers on a couple of homes we were most interested in---which was super necessary with how hot the market was this past summer. “Ours was an unusual sale as it included an issue with an IRS lien which had to be rectified during the Covid closing of the IRS offices, and 7 sellers as we inherited the home from our deceased parents. Ms. Pérez assisted us by guiding us to a professional who could help us with the lien issue. Her knowledge with the market in the area our home was located, and professionalism in handling a sale that included several sellers went beyond a realtor’s normal job description.
