“we were first time home buyers coming out of apartment living for 14 yrs and had no clue what home buying experience is about. Rosemary met us first day with all the needed info and walked us through the complete process. she was so patient with us and in the same time she was so furious/bad cop for us to deal with sellers to ensure we get the best and honest deal. we started the search on Feb 2016 with a target of getting in to a home on sept 2016 as our parents were planning to move in with us. to my suprise, we were able to make a decision pretty soon and get to our house in april 2016.
