“I wish I was better informed about closing cost responsibility. I was told by another source that the closing cost can be shared between the buyer and seller. ”

I estimated all of the seller's normal closing before contract completion. He indicated to me from contract presentation, sharing of the HUD the evening before closing, and at closing that there was no issue with his costs or proceeds. The seller and buyer paid all agreed costs which were normal and ordinary costs for both parties.
