“Buying a home 2,000 miles away & not familiar with TX laws was a very difficult transaction. Ray was patient, answered all the questions I could think of in a timely manner. My only regret was not asking him about placing my home in the name of my trust until the last moment before closing. This was my mistake. A helpful suggestion is to remind the buyer early in the transaction to take care of this. Especially out of state buyers.”
