Great question! Every homeowner will have their own showing preferences. It will vary from listing to listing. Some will want prior notice, and some are able to be shown at the drop of a hat...or call to the showing service. Let us know how to help you more specifically!

yes. as mentioned not nearly enough information and too generic a statement/question to provide help without huge assumptions. even counting in the fact you asked about listing traffic reports.
you asked both in "Home Selling" so is it possible you are trying to determine some information about a house you have for sell or are considering selling?
if you are not a member of HAR this information wouldn't be beneficial to you. and if you have an agent they should know the information you are requesting.
