Probably the most important thing we do is present you a list of properties or homes similar to yours that have sold recently. These are called comps or comparables and assist us in arriving at a selling price. Because these properties have sold recently they are very helpful in helping us determine a realistic price for your property. At that point we'll discuss the plan we'll use to market your property to buyers, including custom flyers, a website of your home with your street address and how we'll present your home with photos and descriptive copy.
Please let me know if I can help.

Hi LeAubrey

When a potential client contacts my brokerage and I to list their property we meet with them and present our strategy to sell their home quickly for as much money as possible. We show the sellers the services we provide including
-Marketing
-Pictures
-Signage
-Getting your home on MLS
-Home Staging
-Our expert opinion on all stages of the home selling process
Once a decision is made to sell with us, I will present them a Listing Agreement which is the contract between the seller and real estate agent. At this point we do all the things listed above to get your home sold!

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you out.

Thanks
