Greenway Plaza is a great area. I have spent almost 20 years living in the area and would be happy to help you find a home. West U Elem, Poe, Roberts, Twain, St. George are all great elementary schools that are near Greenway Plaza!

There are numerous good neighborhoods / schools within a good driving area for you in Greenway Plaza. But as asked by others, what is some of your other criteria for a home? There are a lot of great neighborhoods and plenty of options near Greenway Plaza!!

The biggest factor is going to be what kind of property you are looking for.
* Are you looking for a single family house, townhome, condo, etc.? What size? Beds/Baths?
* Are you looking to lease or purchase?
* What price range are you looking in? Prices vary considerably.

Upper Kirby, West U, Bellaire, River Oaks, Montrose, Galleria.. The Heights, Spring Branch, Memorial are all relatively close by as well. There are so many different options depending on what you are specifically looking for. There is literally something for everyone!

Go to HAR.com and click the "Neighborhoods" tab and go to Neighborhood Finder. Here, you can search by Subdivision Name, search by zip code (and zip code look up). You'll also see the "Most Viewed Subdivisions" and view the top bookmarked listings. This is a great resource that you can play around with in order to get a feel for the area.

Also, on HAR.com you can click the "Schools" tab at the top and it will take you to the School Finder. Here you can search for schools by various criteria (name, district, city, zip, grade type), find exemplary accountability rating, school map search, proximity search by address, and find Houston School Districts and Zoning Info.
