Where is the month-to-month Local Market Trend data?
2,295I REALLY miss the Local Market Trend data that laid out the 12 mo. data in graph form for a specific subdivision or zip code based on inventory, DOM, sales price, solds, etc. It appears HAR has replaced this with a comparison of this year to last year with a total YTD comparison.Does anyone know if this month-by-month comparison of these different factors, by specific subdivision, is still available anywhere else?Thanks!!! Darby

When do the monthly reports become available. Waiting on the statistics for May and its June 1. Does anyone know when May will be available to view?

The Local Market Trends reports are still there.
Under the MLS Tool Bar, at "Statistics/Analysis"
You can create and save reports for either zip codes or MLS Locations.
In the links below are examples of the report for zip code 77494 in Katy and for the MLS Location "Katy".
