Short answer is No. Because Texas is a non-disclosure state, only Realtors have access to this information. I can help you with this information, Call 832-776-9582 or email me at Wale@Networthbuilders.com.

Only Realtors are allowed to place a Property on HAR.com because of the level of trainings and fiduciary duties involved when placing a property on MLS for sale.

The price for recent sales is posted on HAR that can be accessed by Realtors only, you can still type in an address you want to inquire on and get a range the house sold for. You may also want to contact a real estate professional and he can easily get you the needed information.

Outstanding inspiring article. I am actually enjoy establishing your post because its very unique selective information for me. Thanks a lot for sharing this magnificent post.
These days it's actually quite simple to look it up on sites such as Zillow or Trulia. Those are some great resources. Providing a ton of handyman services in the big city of Fresno CA, I get a lot of "inside information" from realtors that I've developed relationships with. https://www.handymaninfresno.com
Har will show you the range, but to get the actual details about the sale of a home including the sales price, repair allowance, and contribution to buyer's closing costs ( if any) you will have to ask a Realtor to send that to you.
I found this consumer site called Nuhabitat quite by accident that provides SOLD information for Houston and Austin properties. Not sure if it has what you are looking for, but may be a good place to start if you just want to see some numbers before you contact a realtor
Just a few comments to add here. Texas is a non-disclosure state. If a home sells privately between 2 parties, the sale price is not made public anywhere. If it is put on the market, the Multiple Listing Service will have a record of it and licensed realtors who subscribe to HAR will be able to look it up. Appraisers also use this site when they are looking for "comps." We always advise sellers to list their homes on the market to get maximum exposure. Our MLS has a powerful global reach, as you know, Houston attracts a rich international community. I just had a listing that got 15 offers! The MLS consumer site is funded by all the 25k members of HAR in the Houston area, through the fees we pay. We love to educate and share info with the public, hope this helps!
Yes In case a local realtor helps you .So Find a good Realtor who knows the area . hiring a real estate agent for property purchase seems a costly but it actually ends up saving people a lot of dollars. if you want to know more about benefits of hiring a realtor visit post in source
Why do you need to know? Are you considering the area or a particular property or thinking of For Sale By Owner? You best bet in all is to contact a Realtor. We have a wealth of information and are perfectly willing to share. Kinda like Gladis Cravits (if you don't know who that is, it's the nosey neighbor on Bewitched) anyway we all keep our eye open to everything that is happening around our area, who better to ask questions and for FREE!!
You can only find out the true/total details from your realtor. You need to take in consideration that there might be repairs and seller contributed closing costs which can affect the final sales price. If you are interested in the help of an agent I would be glad to assist. Please give me a call.
Of course the best way is to contact a Realtor to get the exact price, but you may also check a price range yourself by clicking the "Home Values' tab on HAR.com home page. Then click the "Recent Home Sales' and choose from 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. You can pick your subdivision or narrow it down another way. It doesn't give you the exact sale price but will give you a price range. A Realtor can also give you details of the sale such as seller contributions, repair amount and financing terms etc.
I provide sold prices of homes to anyone who requests it. Most Realtors will send you the information you want; just ask. Email a Realtor in your area, or who works in the area where the properties you are curious about are located.
