Realtor to help with home lease in Katy?
1,811Good morning,I have called and left messages, as well as emailed, several realtors. My husband and I are moving from out of state to the Katy area this summer. We have received no calls back. I am hoping to find a great realtor, as we will be looking to buy a home in the area at the end of our year of leasing. We just can't get anyone to call us back! Can anyone recommend a great realtor or property management company for us to contact in the Katy area? Thank you!

I am so sorry to hear that you have had trouble in getting a Real Estate Agent to help you in your search for a rental property in Katy. I relocated to Katy, Texas 3 years ago and love the area. Good rental properties go very quickly. I own rental property myself, so I know how to make your application stand out from your competition. I am so glad you posted your question. I hope by now you have gotten a Realtor to work with and if not give me a call. The reason I am glad you posted is that I taught a class on communication this week and one of the largest complaints given by customers and clients is "Not answering the phones and not returning calls" you just proved what I was saying in class. There really is no excuse for either of these situations when you are a service provider.
Again I hope you have found someone to work with and you no longer have a problem finding a home.
