Do any new Construction communities in Round Rock west of I35 have available inventory for $275,000 or less?
2,270I’m working with a client who is looking for an in inventory, new build house preferably in Western part of Round rock or NW Austin. Her budget maxes out in $270,000 range and she would like 1500(ft)2 or more & 3br/2bth configuration. She is ready to go and preapproved, she would also consider like new resale in newer community.

There is new construction in Highlands at Mayfield Ranch. Highland is building there.
