While I cannot personally vouch for this company, as I have never used them, I liked hearing what Empire Industries, LLC, had to say when they stopped by my GRI class. This company has a specifically outlined Eviction Program, they have a Pet Guarantee and a Tenant Guarantee. Regarding those last two guarantees: If they vet a Tenant and that Tenant breaks the lease, this company will continue paying the Landlord until the lease term expires; and if a pet damages property they have a program in place to repair that damage to your property.
