We specialize in a specialized Lease Purchase Program, and want to create relationships across Houston SMA, to work with on the Buying side, as well as the Selling side. We deal in Nice Homes in Nice Neighborhoods only.
If interested in learning how we can "monetize" your "dead/skinny" assets, kindly email me at: tschell@usa.net
Thank you.

Hi,

Look no further! I am a friendly realtor and have connections to MANY other realtors and mortgage brokers as well. Realtors usually will have a set of their own preferred lenders and the reason for this is because those are the relationships that work best for them. You can search on Yelp, Google, Facebook, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc for an agent but also get to know who their preferred lender is and do individual research also based on their transactions and past reviews. Keep in mind that there are agents who may not have reviews but it doesn't mean that they can't get the job done or if not do a better job than those that do have reviews.

If you are in need of my services or any of my preferred lenders, please feel free to contact me!

Search by experience, certification, designation and referrals is a good way to find the right agent and lo that works best for you. You may need a few that are the top in what they do and another top in what they do
