Good answeers already. The common theme is to select a qualified, well educated Realtor who specializies in the price rang e and area you wnat to purchase in. And, select an equally qualified loan officer to handle the financing. Most Realtors have long standing solid and successful business history with great lenders, and likewise most lenders have long and successful business history with great Realtors. Whomever you contact first will lead you to the second.
Good luck, and enjoy the process. Home buying can be stressful, but it can also be a very exciting and rewarding experience! A memory you will hold dear for a long time.
First contact a realtor to answer any questions regarding the home listed. Your realtor can help put you in touch with a reputable lender to help your buying process go smoother. Best of luck and if I can be of assistance please contact me,.
Well there are a few steps to follow when wanting to buy a home. Your first two calls should be to an agent and a lender. We can debate which one is first however, they are the two calls to make. Many times, as is the case with our office we work closely with reputable lenders that can assist you with the financing aspect of the deal. Once pre approved for a loan an agent can assist you with the contracts, disclosures, etc. If you would like to talk further please give me a call at 281-513-2937.
Good information so far. Contact a lender about financing, and get a Realtor to help represent you. If the house isn't listed with a Realtor, but for sale by owner, then you can approach them directly. But be aware that there's a lot involved.
You need to contact a Realtor first. Then together you will get in touch with a lender who will best fit your needs, and if you don't need a lender you can decide on a price point where you want to be. Once you know your price point the Realtor should be able to identify a few communities that you can focus on.
You can go to your bank and see if they can pre approve you for the loan amount close to the price of the house you are interested in. Also contact a local realtor who can help you in looking for a house, and realtor can also refer you to a mortgage banker who can get you a pre approval letter. If you need any help feel free to contact me, I can recommend you to a local realtor and mortgage banker.
Your best bet is to contact a REALTOR and ask for assistance in determining your pre-qualification status and any home-buyer assistance you may qualify for. Agents work with many lenders and can assist you in finding one you are comfortable working with. Once you have determined your status, you can discuss areas, pricing, and what you want your new home to have in the way of both needs and wants. It is the responsibility of your agent to represent your best interests and assist you in understanding the process as you move forward in your journey to find the perfect home.
