Find places that will allow a Great Dane with bad credit as well?

So it is just me, my boyfriend and our humongous but very docile Great Dane. I'm young and just started my credit so obviously I have nothing, and my boyfriend who is older has gone through some rough patches in life and just hasn't used his card. It is very hard to find places who will accept a huge dog and bad credit. We are looking for places near Jersey Village/Cyrpess/Katy area. He has a new job that has put him in a great place that is located in the Jersey Village area. We even have been living in the Sugarland area and have been paying $1435.00 monthly for 12 months. They are rising the rent for the next people and we just don't like the area and the fact that we are not close to any highways or his work. If someone could please help it would be much appreciated!!

Hi Haley,
If you offer to pay double deposit, your landlord will be more incline to work with you.

You definitely need a Realtor with experience with leasing. Try contacting Terra Residential or Bamboo Realty. both companies are VERY experienced with leasing and I'm sure with their connections around Houston you will have success! Good luck!
