Happy New Year! I have friends who love their "Flux" lightbulbs! It seems that Flux and Phillips HUE have the most positive feedback of all of the bluetooth type lightbulb products. Tp-Link and GE also make these type of bulbs, but the GE reviews do not seem very favorable. If you want to test an alternative, Flux would seem to be the way to rock n' roll!

I have looked on amazon.com and there is tons of new models out there, really depends on personal preference, a lot of them have great reviews.

I just bought the nest thermostat devices...I am in the same boat as you...WOW! I recently also purchased and installed a new Z Wave door lock...same experience! Personally, I need to get a smart home HUB...
