Why rent a house instead of an apartment
701I have investors who buy homes, even new homes, just to rent. How cool is that-live in a new house and neighborhood for same rent ?

Rental are typically older, hence a 'new home' rental will rent much quicker in my experience with property management and leasing.

Truly for most people, they really enjoy renting a new home for the same price as they would pay to live in an apartment. They are lucky to rent from your investor!
