I also wish there are tools similar to MLS or HAR.com for commercial properties but as far as I know this is not the case yet. Alternatively, you may try commgate or cimls.com, but most professionals still go to loopnet.

Raul, you can't use the HAR.com app for commercial properties, but you can use the RPR app to look up commercial and residential properties.
