Francisco, Great question, more agents should take advantage of this great tool! Under the MLS tab select TEMPO. Then in the top right hand corner you will see TAX. Under the TAX tab will be a program called REALIST, this is the program that will help you create labels. I believe you can create up to 10,000 labels per month. The great thing is, you can search by address, owner name, or even draw on the map to select a specific area or neighborhood in which you would like all of the addresses. Once you have selected your ideal search, you can customize the labels however you wish from there. Then you'll just need postcards, flyers, or some type of content to mail out. If you are a REALTOR member of HAR, you can easily do this using the Tax menu in Tempo. Click Tax, then Realist, perform a search, select the records you want to mail to, and then click the Create Label button at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts. I hope this helps.
