Yes you do need a licensed realtor to place your property for lease on HAR. The fee would be agreed upon by you and your realtor. Give me a call if you'd like me to research what I think you should lease your home for and give you pricing. I've been working in real estate for over 10 years here in Houston & I'd love to work with you! Thanks!

Louie, great question! Yes, you would either need to need to be a licensed Realtor yourself, or have one work on your behalf to market your listing on HAR. The awesome thing is that it allows FAR MORE exposure than just HAR.com! If you'd like to know what I mean, feel free to reach out to me! I hope this helps, thanks for posting!

Hi Louie! Yes it is a requirement to have a licensed Realtor list your property on HAR.com. Even if you did not want to work with a Realtor, having one is beneficial to ensure that you will get the best deal in which you are seeking. A real estate professional understands the ins and outs, the trends and best practices. I would love to work with you and list your property on HAR. Feel free to reach out to me, I am available 24 hours, daily. http://nikoyajones.com | 832.294.3367 | Elite Real Estate Services
