House for Lease and also for sale, do I need to list in two different MLS?

My clients wanted their house for Lease and also for sale if possible. When I edit the MLS list for lease, it also has "Also for Sale" check mark to check and its price. After I filled in that part, do I still need to list this house in a new MLS for sale also? Please assist/advise. Thanks.

No one gave a good answer. I have a listing that I want to add lease option. Sure, I can log on and click on the drop down and choose yes, for also for lease, but then what????

Hi John, This is a great question. If your listing is also for sale/lease all you need to do is go to ADD/EDIT, select which listing you want to EDIT and click on EDIT. Look under MLS information, you'll see where you can also select if the property is also for lease/sale. Hope this helps!

I would also recommend alerting the agents in agent remarks as to the fact that it has two listings-so that we can check to see any status changes. Thanks!

Hi John, Yes, you need to list the property both for sale and for lease. Consumers will not see it as a lease if you if you have it listed for sale (or vice versa) unless you list it that way. I hope this was helpful! Dori Lacamu Keller Williams Metropolitan 281-788-0495

The listing needs to show up on both the listing and as a rental.
