Where can I find "active" list of HUD agents? I searched for agents through HUDHomeStore and found several inactive.

I think you have to ask them individually. I am one. Make sure they have actually sold HUDs in the past. If they haven't, it will be very difficult to get the house you want. Call me if you'd like more information 713 301 4395. It's free of course
