What form do i need to use as in intermediary in a commercial transaction? Would it be the same one as a residential?

Rosalba, there's only one form for the appointment of an intermediary titled "Intermediary Relationship Notice" and it does not specifically state that it's for residential use only. Matter of fact it does not mention anything about residential. You must make sure the intermediary relationship is authorized in the listing agreement or buyer representation agreement first.
