An award-winning Realtor® since 2007, Patty moves at a rocket pace for her clients. She believes that time is of the essence in real estate. Patty says "I like to move quickly because you never know what is going to happen or how many people have looked at the house before you." A resident of Northwest Hills in Austin with her husband and two small children, Patty understands the needs of families and young professionals when looking for a home, and especially enjoys helping buyers moving to a new city and guiding sellers with homes that need a little TLC! Patty is a huge fan of the Compass Concierge program which helps sellers maximize their home value through fronting home improvement services. "I love seeing a house come to life and all it might take is a little bit of paint and brighter lighting!" Patty says. Patty transitioned to her successful real estate career from a three-year stint with a home builder. She learned a lot during that time and acquired a working, behind-the-scenes knowledge of new construction and remodeling that really can help her real estate clients. "I ran permits at the city, visited job sites, and picked out interior finishes." Before joining Compass, Patty worked as a sales manager for a small boutique real estate firm where she managed 10 agents, guiding their transactions and reviewing their contracts. Patty's extra time is short, but whenever she can, she volunteers with her children's PTO to help plan carnivals, yearbooks, happy hours, and other events. She enjoys working out, running, photography, traveling, and "squeezing in a social life.
