Patricia Bosarge Mercer

After earning my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Houston – Clear Lake, I worked as a Computer Programmer and then a Technical Manager for a private University in Houston for almost 15 years. In 2013, I obtained my Real Estate license and thought I would continue with my career in IT and work in Real Estate part time. After my first transaction, I realized my passion for Real Estate and quit my IT job and became a full-time Realtor. In my first full year, I was awarded the Rookie of the Year award. My experience in IT has helped me to create my own systems to stay on top of every transaction and be the tech-savvy agent that is so helpful when it comes to marketing your home for sale or finding you the home of your dreams.

As a full-time Realtor since 2013, working with both buyers and sellers in the residential market, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to each client's wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. I bring to every transaction excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard and follow through. A native Texan, raised in the Crystal Beach/Galveston area and a resident of the Houston area since 1991, I have lived in several suburbs of Houston, including Dickinson, Webster, Deer Park, La Porte, Beach City and currently Pearland. I work in all areas of Houston. My business is based mostly on referrals from satisfied clients. I work hard to earn my clients' trust, referrals and repeat business.
