Nichelle Richards

A trusted real estate agent in our Houston Office, Nichelle Richards is a native of Houston and knows the area inside and out. Licensed in 2016, Nichelle has always known she wanted to be in real estate and sat for her exams almost immediately following graduating from Clear Falls High School.

In addition to her expert knowledge of the entire region, she prides herself on her listening skills and always makes her clients' goals her priority. Nichelle educates her clients by showing data-based evidence and sharing her personal experience as both a buyer and a seller. She's incredibly detail oriented and is always looking to exceed expectations and grow her knowledge of the ever-changing market.

Nichelle believes that education is the most important aspect of her business. Her designations to this point include Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Buyers Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and a Military Relocation Professional. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors.

Nichelle currently lives in a Houston suburb with easy access to both Houston and Galveston. Having purchased her first property at 19, she quickly understood the power of home ownership. She believes that buying property is like opening a savings account and looks forward to sharing her passion for home ownership with all her clients.
