We were so fortunate to have found Mindy through a mutual friend. We had been on the fence for a few years just scared and uneasy on the idea of buying and selling. As our Realtor, she helped us sell and find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from neighboring cities to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. Even during a pandemic (Covid-19) she just made the whole process very simple on both ends of the deal. Never losing sight of what was in our best interest!

In short, she was always on our side working to make selling and our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Mindy was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. Mindy is the ABSOLUTE best when it comes to a realtor :) She is always and when I say always I legit mean always on top of things.
