I agree with Karen and how thorough she was to answer on how to select a good Realtor! \nA Realtor who will answer all questions and answer their phone to assist you, and/or respond to a text or email is also as important! A Realtor who guides you through the appointments, showings, is so important as well, but also helps you do prep work before finding that perfect home and assist you to find a knowledgeable lender is crucial! A lender who explains the loan process and helps you with every detail on credit, debt, improvment if needed, etc. A lender and a Realtor form an alliance and help all involved with making it a seamless and less stressful transaction and experience for everyone. \nA Realtor who may be familiar with the area you are seeking is always a good partner to have. \nPlease call if I can assist you in your home search! If your card is online and was in before the invoice was created, HAR MLS will charge your card on Monday the 29th automatically. It''s not just you that receives the flag. The flag should stop on or after Monday. Hope this helps.
If you now know what to do on the credit cards; please do so, and most lenders tell my past and current clients, they can obtain a new credit score (re-score) in about 3-4 weeks after you pay what you need to pay.
