Melanie Sloan

Melanie Sloan is a model agent. With thirteen years in the modeling industry under her belt before transitioning into real estate in 1995, she has the experience to prove it!

Melanie understands the pressure, especially during a stressful event like moving, and works hard to make the transaction a smooth one for each of her clients. Knowledgeable and levelheaded, Melanie offers her clients strong negotiation skills and a positive attitude. Outgoing and friendly, she works well with all types of people and personalities.

Melanie thinks that one of her biggest assets is “the wonderful company that I work for and their fine reputation!” She is proud to be part of the Heritage Texas Properties team and works hard to uphold the company standards of integrity and dedication customer service.

The New Jersey native considers herself a “naturalized” Houstonian since she moved here during high school. While she includes all of Houston in her market area, she focuses on the northwest areas of Spring, The Woodlands and Kingwood.

Melanie is very committed to her community, volunteering her time with a variety of organizations and activities. She is the Publicity Director for the Youth Klein Texans Football Drill Team. She also works with the Crohn’s Colitis Foundation and the Group B Strep Foundation and is a sponsor of the Chillin’ & Grillin’ Cooking team for the Reserve Grand Champion Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

Married and the proud mother of three children, Melanie enjoys reading, traveling, playing the piano and sports with her daughter and two sons.
