| Fall Creek, the only major master-planned golf course community within Beltway 8, has quickly established itself as one of Houston’s most attractive and well-located communities. Only 15 miles from downtown Houston and eight miles from Bush Intercontinental Airport, the 2,300-acre development offers a wealth of amenities in an enviable wooded landscape.
Fall Creek features homes from the $150,000s to $2 million, and buyers can select from executive homes, patio homes, or custom designs in the gated village of Serrano Creek. And while Houston’s major employment centers and entertainment focal points are within easy reach, a heavily wooded setting, resort-style amenities and world-class golf make it hard to leave Fall Creek. More good news for Fall Creek residents is a 13-mile extension of Beltway 8 from just east of U.S. 59 North to south of U.S. 90A East. Construction is under way, with an estimated spring 2011 completion date. The $550 million project, which will provide three lanes in each direction when finished, will further enhance Fall Creek’s accessibility.
