Over the last 10 years Ashli has helped me purchase two homes and sell one. The first property in Rice Military I purchased in 2014 and sold in 2019. The second property in Montrose my wife and I purchased in 2020. In 2020 during the pandemic when inventory was low, Ashli helped us find a property that fit exactly what we were looking for in a month. She has also been very understanding with our changing criteria and search areas as we are currently in search for our next home considering our family has grown. Ashli is knowledgeable, attentive, thoughtful, dedicated and just all around amazing to work with! I can say having been on both sides of the transaction with Ashli in my court has made the stress of home buying and selling very low. Ashli has helped me bay and renovate two properties and lease one of them! The first house we bought was a 1950s ranch house in Oak Forest. It was ALL original and Ashli helped me see a vision for it. With her help and industry knowledge, I was able to renovate the home within 3 months of closing (plumbing, electrical, floors, paint, added a bathroom, redid the kitchen, etc). We were able to turn it into the perfect house for us without breaking our budget. We found out we had to move to Dallas for work and when I consulted Ashli she helped me decide between selling and leasing the house. I ended up leasing the house in 2 days at the price she suggested and with a leasing company she recommended and have been happily leasing that home for 3 years since! When we were ready to move back to Houston from Dallas we needed another home and called Ashli. The market was competitive and Ashli was patient with us and due to our jobs and the difference Ashli would show us homes via FaceTime. There would be homes we would like but Ashli would coach us through the bigger picture of the neighborhood, resale, etc. I never felt like Ashli was trying to make a sale, but always felt she had our best interest in mind. We ended up buying a home on Lake Conroe. The home was the lowest price point we looked at but I was again able to put the rest of the money to smaller renovations to make it the perfect long term home for us. We love the neighborhood and couldn’t be happier! I honestly never thought we would have a rental property or a lake house but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Ashli has not just helped us buy homes, but has shaped the way we live our lives.

Sold my house in Rice Military and bought a home in the Heights with Ashli. From the beginning, I never felt Ashli was trying to force a transaction. She genuinely cares that you are making the best decision for you and your family, and she’s not shy about being critical of decisions that are not in your best interests—even if this means taking more time to get it right. She knows design, construction, remodeling, market trends and provide research as needed. We’re really happy with our transactions and excited about our new home.
