A fourth-generation Houstonian, Lynn is proud of his family's heritage and roots in the Bayou City. Having grown up in the city he calls Home gives him a unique expertise in emerging markets and pricing for either a select subdivision or for the entire city. Even with a lifetime of exposure to the real estate industry, Lynn is committed to developing the most innovative and modern methods to market his clients' homes and tailoring his approach to represent each client's unique needs. Lynn is highly involved in the communities he serves and has played an active role in such organizations as: Feed the Hunger, POLL, SBMSA, the Trotter Family YMCA, and Briargrove Elementary, St. Francis, Kinkaid and Memorial High Schools. A graduate of the University of Texas, he now couples his love for the Longhorns with support for LSU, UH and Ole Miss, as his children branch out on their paths of life. He considers himself a turn key Realtor® and has been licensed since the 1980's, as well as an Accredited Buyer's Rep. (ABR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

When he manages to pull himself away from work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and enjoying the city he has called home for over 50 years with his wife, Holly, an elementary school teacher; their 5 children; and golden retriever Remi.
