Leon Booker, Broker, GRI, CRS, ABR, QCS, BS In order to make sure that his services goes beyond his real estate license, Leon continues his education by acquiring his Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR) designation. Among other requirements, an agent must pass a written examination on legal and practical aspects of agency representation. Leon has not stopped there. He has also acquired his Graduate Real Estate Institute designation (GRI) which is obtained by attending a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering subjects in contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. Leon's designation as a Council of Real Estate Specialist places him in the top 4% of Realtors® in the United States who complete advanced training in listing and selling and meet rigorous production requirements.

Leon is the best! He is thorough, patient, knowledgeable and listens to understand the type of property that is desired. He goes beyond the scope of his role and it was much appreciated in my purchase process. He is professional and pro active.
