This advisory group welcomes young professionals into the HAR Realtor community and encourages, promotes, supports and empowers their success through education, training, high technology, engagement, involvement and community volunteerism.
Mission Statement
As the voice and advocate for HAR’s young Realtors, it is the mission of the NextGenRealtor Group…NRG to develop young real estate professionals through association involvement, career advancement and commitment to the community.
While the NRG caters to the needs of members who are 40 years old and younger, all HAR members are welcome to attend NRG events.
