Lauren Dauzat

In 2007, Lauren graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. She worked many design positions including model home staging for Brighton Homes. Naturally, home design brought Lauren to pursue Real Estate in 2012. Lauren is well-versed in residential sales, unimproved property/vacant land sales, and tenant placement. This extensive knowledge & dedication granted Lauren with a 5 Star Real Estate Agent Award in 2016-2018 & 2020-2023 earning a spotlight feature in Texas Monthly Magazine.

During Lauren's years as a Realtor, she and business partner, Mandy Poff, noticed a gap in the industry which led to the formation of Inspired Restorations - a home remodeling and interior design company. Lauren is co-owner and designer at Inspired Restorations where she assists with managing, designing and rendering the full scope/remodel of homes in and around Montgomery County.

Lauren, at Inspired Realty & Co, carries the Team Lead role proudly, alongside partner Mandy Poff. Throughout adversity, she is motivated, tenacious, and honest.
